Just wanted to let you know about the new Freedom Cage that we purchased from you. It arrived on Saturday in excellent condition from the shipper, and my wife and I put it together in about 30 minutes. She had just had knee surgery, but was able to hold sides together for me to insert the machine screws. Everything fit well, and the finish was great. Harry, the Cape Parrot, came home on Sunday, and he appears to enjoy his new digs, although he hasn't figured out how to use the feeding system. For now, his bowls sit on the shelf in front of the feeders. We clean our cages every day, and this one is very easy to access and wipe down. Quincy and Paulie, our African Grey and Lovebird have cage envy and want to take over the new cage (which is in a different room). Again, it has been a pleasure to do business with you.

Both playstands have now come, and they are PERFECT. Our two amazones love them. It is totally impossible to find these types of equipments for parrots here in Sweden, so we have to import by ourselves.

Anyway..., me and the birds (and the rest of the family) are very happy with the stands. We have them in our summer house, where we easily can transfer them from in to outdoor (depending on the weather and where we are sitting eating etc).

Have wanted to let you know before now what a success our new Getagrips is in this household---but it took me over a MONTH just to put the thing up because I don't have a drill---I'm such a girl. Long story short, Kiwi, my little Pionus, who moved in about six weeks ago, has taken to 'The World's Biggest Bird Toy' (as I've been calling it) like a duck to water. She lives on the thing! I stick little bits of coloured wood into it at random locations and she finds them, destroys them, and hunts for more. I've hung a tiny wicker basket on it, into which I put interesting food items and foot toys for her to discover. Not sure who's having more fun... Harry (my Ringneck) is unexpectedly still quite intimidated by the thing, and that may be for the best---she dominates the rest of the house, so perhaps the Getagrips should belong solely to the new girl in town. Anyway, I am so glad I tried again to bring that item into my home---it is a smash hit with Kiwi, and I find it to be quite beautiful hanging in my living room window where curtains would normally be!

I recently purchased from you some toys for my little zoo, one of the toys that I purchased was the Interactive Puzzle Toy. I hung this toy in the cage of my little Mexican Aztec Conure (Angel). Angel came to live with me three years ago this month and is approximately 5 years old now. She is a very timid, although sweet bird. Normally she is very fearful of new toys. It sometimes takes weeks for her to start to interact with a new toy. It took me 2 and 1/2 years to get her to eat veggies. I just patiently placed them in her cage every day with a few sunflower seeds, treats etc., on top and finally was succesful. However, once I showed Angel that I had placed a peanut (her favorite treat in the world) inside of the Puzzle Toy, it only took her a few seconds to open the toy and pull out her treat. Last nigt she was banging the toy around and swinging it by the chain. She likes it, she really likes it. Great toy.
