Order: We do not have an order minimum at this time, but
please keep in mind that ordering more typically reduces your overall
shipping charge.

don't need an account to browse or place items in your cart. Ordering
at ThePerchStore.net is fast and secure. Just follow
these simple steps to place your order.
To
place your order, select any items in our store by selecting Add
To Cart. At any time you may enter the shopping cart and change
the quantities of an item or remove an item.

Step
1. Verify your order details, your Billing Address and your Shipping
Address Information and add any comments you would like us to see with
your order. You can make any changes as needed.
Step
2. Select your Payment Information.
We
have 4 Payment Options :
- Credit
Card - Enter your credit card information. We accept MasterCard
,Visa, Discover.
- Paypal
– Use your PayPal account or use a credit card to pay thru PayPal.
You are not required to have an account with PayPal to use PayPal.

- Check
or Money Order – Simply shop as you normally would. Add your selections
to the shopping cart, your coupon (if you have one), and be sure to
enter in your correct and full address so the shipping calculates properly
and print the entire page. Mail it to: The Perch, 514 Daniels St. #325, Raleigh, NC 27605. At our discretion,
we may (but not always) hold a personal check until it clears the bank.
Another option for paying by check is to sign up with PayPal and use
your checking account through them to make your purchase.

- Call us at 919-439-9047. We're a very small company, but usually available
during business hours to answer any questions you have &/or take
your order over the phone. If no one is available, just leave a message
and we'll generally call you back within a few hours.
Step
3. Submit your Order. Your order will then be processed and shipped
within 1-3 business days. Shipping time via UPS varies depending on your
distance from North Carolina. Please check all information carefully before
submitting your order since errors or omissions may cause delays in your
shipment.

a customer may prefer to order by telephone. No problem. Simply
give us a call at 919-439-9047. If we are not in the office, please
leave your name and number and we will return your call promptly to take

Tracking
Your Order
After
your order has been shipped, we will email your shipment tracking number
to your email address and you will be able to then track your UPS shipment
at http://www.ups.com.
Shipping
We
do not ship to Post Office Boxes. This protects you from
someone using your credit information and shipping to an unauthorized
address.
United
States - Destinations Within the Continental U.S.
We
use UPS for our shipping within the 48 states. All orders within the continental
United States are shipped UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, or UPS Second
Day Air. Our online store will calculate the shipping costs for you within
the Continental US. Most orders arrive in 2 to 5 days from when they are
shipped depending on your distance from North Carolina.
Our
shipping rates are based on the weight of your order. Your zip code is
used to calculate the actual shipping costs using real-time UPS Rate Charts
based on the service level that you selected. Your actual shipping costs
are shown in your Shopping Cart during Checkout.
Outside
the Continental U.S. - Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada & other International
Destinations
Unfortunately,
we NO LONGER ship to International locations.
General
Shipping Policies
- Orders
cancelled after order placement will incur a 5% processing fee.
- Physical
addresses that are incorrect or changed after order ships will incur
a $10 fee (this is a fee charged to us by UPS).
- In
the event we are out of stock on an item at the time your order is being
filled, we will issue a refund immediately upon shipping the rest of
your order. Depending on the situation and if the item is expected back
in soon (generally within the week), we will call or email you and give
you the option of waiting for the item(s).

Discount
Coupons allow you to take advantage of various discounts that ThePerchStore.net
occasionally offers. Using your Discount Coupon is a simple process during
your Checkout. Enter the Gift/Discount Code on the Payment
Information screen.
Notes:
1. Only one Discount Coupon may be used per order.
2. Order Values do Not include shipping costs when applying discounts.

Discounts - We offer Special Discounts to Clubs and Organizations that
we advertise with and also to pet bird related websites that link to

Returns
ThePerchStore.net
wants you to be happy with your purchases. If you are not satisfied with
your purchase, we will accept most items returned within 14 days and issue
a full refund of the product cost minus a 15% re-stocking fee. The shipping charges will only be refunded
if we made an error on your order or due to a faulty product.
Please
note that a re-stocking fee of 15% will be charged on any item that is returned
that is not damaged, defective, broken, etc. Also, please note that any
item(s) returned that are non-defective, broken, etc. that are returned
when they were purchased with free shipping will have the original shipping
(that would have been charged) deducted from the refunded amount.
We
will pay the return shipping costs if an item is being returned due to
our error or a faulty product and we will pay the shipping back to you
in this case if you want an item in exchange. If you are missing an item
or received the incorrect item, please let us know immediately upon receipt
of your order.
Please
note: Opened Bird Gyms, Climbing Nets, Carriers, Cages, Bird Harnesses, Opened Food Items,
and ANYTHING that has come into contact with
birds are not refundable or returnable. Please contact us with any
questions prior to purchase. This policy may seem strict, but it
is designed to protect the health and safety of all our customers birds...and
ours too!
Return
Procedure
We
will work with you whenever possible to resolve any problem(s) with your
order. It is imperative that you contact us before
returning any merchandise using our Contact
Us Form or by Calling us at 919-439-9047.
We will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. The RMA Number
must be written on the return label. Any returns received without the
RMA Number, will be refused at our receiving dock. Merchandise MUST be
returned within 14 days after receiving your order.
After
obtaining the required RMA number from us, you can then send the merchandise
back to us via UPS. All products will need to be in their original, unused
condition including all boxes and accessories. Please include a copy of
your invoice with the return. Refunds are issued by check and will be sent to your mailing address as noted on your last order with us UNLESS you inform us of a new mailing address.

Missing / Delayed
Packages
Most
orders arrive in 2 to 5 business days from when they are shipped
depending on your distance from North Carolina.
Some unusual items like Play Gyms, Cages will take longer in some cases.
Embroidered and screenprinted hats, T-Shirts and other apparel items generally take 2-3 weeks plus shipping time.
These items ship to you directly from the artists and will therefore NOT delay the rest of your order. Cancellation of embroidered and screenprinted items is not permitted.
In
the event that your package does not arrive, please contact us within
10 days of your purchase so we may investigate the matter further. ThePerchStore.net
cannot be responsible for loss or damage claims made after expiration
of the shipping carriers’ period of liability.
Missing
Items
Although
we strive for perfection, we are human and occasionally we make mistakes
on orders. Missing item(s) must be reported to us within 72 hours of receipt
of order. No exceptions.
